Adults class
Come and join our adults class, where we can provide you the support and encouragement to either start your fitness journey or progress your passion. We specialise in teaching the basics to those who have not participated before, and are able to develop those with experience. If you have a goal to achieve, or want to increase your strength, flexibility or coordination, feel free to inform our staff. We’ll get you on the right track and assist you whenever you want.
This session is coach lead, with the flexibility of independent/group activities. The group will warm up together. Those with goals and skills they would like to achieve will be given the tools they need to progress and coaches will be on hand to provide support. Participants need to be 18+ to attend this session. Sessions are pay as you go. Block bookings are available. Yearly insurance of £20 will be requested after your first session.
Our Adults classes are:
– Thursdays (1 hour)
8:30pm – 9:30pm
– Fridays (1.5 hours)
7:30pm – 9:00pm
