Gymnasts are to arrive appropriately dressed, leotards welcome. If not, T-shirt with shorts/leggings/tracksuit bottoms. Jewellery will not be permitted during training so please ensure these are removed before arrival. No clothing with belts, zips or buckles are to be used please. Hair will need to be tied back away from the child’s face if necessary. Your child will also need a bottle of water to consume during training.
